ICT implementation íV a vital challenge to educational leadership at
all levels. Leading schools into the information age is not simply a
process of technological adoption but one of innovations and changes.
The greatest challenge is for different levels of leadership in a nation,
from the ministry, district education boards, through to school principals,
department heads in schools to individual teachers to establish a common
vision as well as effective implementation strategies at the various
levels that can be dynamically adjusted during the course of innovation.
This website aims to foster mutual understanding and collaboration across
the regions through encouraging an examination of case studies of good
teaching practices and change management and to build up a database
for leadership across the regions as well as to provide a model and
a technological infrastructure for participating countries to develop
their own national database for leadership development.
